Mark Zubek

Mark is a systems thinker and organizational change expert with over a decade of experience supporting the Corporate Operations of large, global high tech and aerospace companies in Silicon Valley.  He thrives implementing organization-wide process-improvement and creating cultural change. An entrepreneur at heart with deeply held values for intentional sustainable living, green building and manufacturing practices, he co-developed a multi-unit, multi-use property according to these principles along with founding a solar integration firm. Zubek resides in Northern California with his wife Kim and 3 sons, Gabriel, Garrison and Joshua. He enjoys skiing, backpacking, cross fit training, fishing and blowing his harps. He received his Master's in Organization Development with an emphasis in System Theory from Sonoma State University.
